My leadership journey over the past 31 years has been driven by one core mission — making technology education accessible, practical, and future-ready for every learner.  From founding a computer training initiative in 1995 during the early internet era, to guiding students through the Y2K transition, I have continuously adapted to every major technological shift.  I have worked extensively to bring structured IT education and national certification pathways to students from rural and semi-urban backgrounds, ensuring equal access to opportunities.  Through Digital India initiatives, cybersecurity awareness programs, and community-driven training models, I have helped thousands of learners build digital confidence and career pathways.  During the COVID-19 pandemic, I led special initiatives to support affected engineering graduates through free training, financial support, and job placement opportunities, ensuring continuity in their career growth.  Today, I am focused on building AI-driven learning ecosystems, including prompt engineering programs and scalable internship models, enabling students to transition into the future of work.  My journey reflects a commitment to impact, inclusion, and continuous evolution — from computer literacy to artificial intelligence.
