AI ALIA LMS – Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, training programs, certifications, internships, workshops, and digital services offered through AI ALIA LMS.

1. Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital learning content, course fees are generally non-refundable once access to the course has been granted.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate payment transactions.

  • Technical issues resulting in failure to provide course access.

  • Incorrect charges due to system errors.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Downloadable digital content.

  • Certification fees.

  • Examination fees.

  • Internship or traineeship registration fees.

  • Project-based training fees.

  • Administrative processing charges.

4. Refund Request Process

  • Cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, eligible participants may receive a full refund or an alternative enrollment option.
